Setting Up My Internet and Services
Congratulations and welcome home. Your new house is connected to a state-of-the-art GB fiber network. This fast internet connection will enable you to use your favorite Over-The-Top (OTT) services at blazing speeds.
Getting started is as easy as 1, 2, 3.
1. Internet:
Several weeks before moving in, you will receive an email to confirm 832’s Acceptable Usage Policy and Terms and Conditions. If you have not received an email, please contact us no later than 3 weeks prior to closing to ensure services are active at move-in.
Acknowledging these two forms will complete the sign up process and your gigabit data service will be online upon your move-in date.
2. Home Network:
To learn more about your wifi network or your network configuration, simply call Dais Technologies at 407-203-9205. A link to their website can be found here.
If you live in Weslyn Park, Summerdale Park, Del Webb, and Isles of Lake Nona, Dais Technologies installed your wireless router.
3. Video and Phone Services:
Simply log in to your current streaming video provider or OTT phone service and you’re up and running. If you’re looking for help selecting a video or phone provider, there are resources provided in the next section.
General OTT information and guidance
The sites to the right can introduce you to OTT services, give you advice on programming and which streaming providers best match your viewing needs. If you’re interested in staying current with the latest in the OTT world then we recommend you sign up for their newsletters which provide the latest in the streaming video market.

Cellphones: If you currently use your cellphone as your primary phone line, you may want to turn on WiFi-calling for better services. Visit your carrier’s website for more information on WiFi calling: AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile or Verizon.
